岗位职责

1、按照公司的规定和计划，在规定时间内完成区域布置的销售目标；

2、了解家长及学生的需求，做好课程推荐；

3、根据行业市场情况，总结面咨效果，为营销团队提供有效的营销方案；

4、与教学部保持良好沟通；

5、熟悉公司产品，不断提升专业素养，建立良好客户关系，树立优秀企业形象。

1. According to the company's regulations and plans, complete the sales target of regional layout within the specified time;

2. Understand the needs of parents and students, and make course recommendations;

3. According to the market situation of the industry, summarize the effect of face-to-face consultation and provide effective marketing plans for the marketing team;

4. Maintain good communication with the teaching department;

5. Familiar with the company's products, continuously improve professional quality, establish good customer relations, and establish an excellent corporate image.

任职资格：

1、学历要求：大专以上学历，相关专业优先录用；

2、工作经验：一年以上工作经验，优秀者应届生均可；

3、敢于挑战高薪且具备相应的沟通交流能力；顾问式销售经验者优先

4、热爱教育事业，喜欢与学生打成一片，有耐心和爱心

5、性格外向，积极主动，富有亲和力，喜欢与人沟通交流

6、备较强的销售意识以及客户公关能力

7、具有优秀的抗压和自我调节能力，具有良好的语言表达能力

Qualifications:

1. Education requirements: college degree or above, related majors are preferred;

2. Work experience: more than one year of work experience, excellent fresh graduates are acceptable;

3. Dare to challenge high salaries and have corresponding communication skills; Consultative sales experience preferred

4. Love education, like to mingle with students, have patience and love

薪酬=无责任底薪+招生提成+每月奖金

轻松工作——6000以上；

稍微努力——10000以上；
